Starting again.

So my weight loss efforts have had a variety of results. A few years ago I actually lost over 50 pounds--a huge accomplishment! I got down to about 130 pounds and was wearing a size 8. I loved my new body and vowed to stay that size.

Well, that hasn't happened. I got off track...stopped working out...going back to my old friend, fast food. So the last few summers I've gone back on track and lost a few pounds but I've yet to get down to 130 again. So I created this journal so I could monitor my progress. I doubt any of you will read it, but if you do...comment often and encourage me.

Please note, I do NOT want to be really really skinny. I love having curves....I just have too many of them right now. :) I want to be a healthy weight, and feel good about myself. I want to feel confident in the cute tops I like to wear, not feel like I have to suck my stomach in all the time. I want to make some positive lifestyle changes.

Before I can begin, I have to state where I stand now.

Current weight: 155
Current workout schedule: I don't have one, sadly.
Current eating habits: eating when I'm not hungry; eating cause I'm bored; too much fast food; not paying attention to what I eat</b>

So my goals:
Ideal weight: 130
Pounds to lose: 25

I have to get ready for work, but expect another update later.
